Project & Product
Manager

The company

We are based in Zug, Switzerland, working with enterprise clients across Europe. The product is live, the results are real — and we are now at the stage where we need to form the core team that will carry the next phase. Getting in now means you help shape what this becomes, not just execute on what is already decided.

The role

We need someone who can hold the whole picture: the business problem a client is actually trying to solve, the technical architecture that makes it possible, and the gap between the two that always exists at the start of a project. You'll drive both product thinking and project execution — often in the same meeting.

Own projects end-to-end

From discovery to delivery. Scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment — yours.

Shape the product

Translate client needs into specs developers can actually build from.

Bridge two worlds

Connective tissue between business logic and engineering decisions.

Present with clarity

Turn complex proposals into compelling narratives for clients and leadership.

What we're looking for

Strong technical foundation. You understand system design, APIs, and data pipelines — and can talk shop with engineers without bluffing.
Business fluency. You read a client's org and understand what they actually need, not just what they say they want.
You've shipped something. Doesn't have to be a big company or a long CV — but you've taken something from idea to reality and you know what that feels like.
Excellent written and spoken English. At a level that wins trust in international rooms.
You visualise before you build. You sketch solutions, prototype concepts, and make an idea tangible before a single line of code exists.
Comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage startup means the playbook is being written as we go. You're okay with that.

Nice to have

Experience in AI, data, or B2B enterprise software
Familiarity with agile delivery in cross-functional teams
Background working with or for Swiss or European clients
Any second European language is a bonus

Why join now

This is the stage most people wish they had joined earlier. The foundation is in place — now we are building the team that will scale it.

Real ownership. You won't be executing someone else's roadmap. You'll help define it. Your decisions will ship.
Early team advantage. The people who join now are the ones who build the culture, define the process, and grow with the company if we get this right.
Work that matters. We build AI that actually changes how enterprises operate. You'll see the impact of your work directly, with clients who notice.

Sounds like you?

Send us a short intro and something that shows how you think — a past project, a proposal, a deck. No CV wall of text required.
